All clients have 14 days to pickup your unit(s), IF you have not returned within that time period; your unit(s) becomes property of the GEEKsters and will be donated, or auctioned/sold to cover the outstanding balance.(if any)

REFUND POLICY:
All payments are final, absolutely no refunds are given under ANY situation.
STORE 'geek-dollar"CREDIT may be issued based on our discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do not allow for ANY cancellations after the unit is in our possession.
IF we are diagnosing the unit first; then we have NO cancellations after you have given us the verbal approval for the repair.

SHIPPING:
the GEEKsters are NOT responsible for ANY shipping charges.
(you as a client will have to pay all shipping charges TO [and/or] FROM our location)
We recommend that you package your unit properly and with enough padding to keep it safe during transit We are NOT responsible if we do not receive your package and/or it arrives damaged. It is in your best interest to get signature confirmation and insurance to insure that we receive your package on time and un-damaged.

DATA RECOVERY:
The GEEKsters are not responsible or liable for any type of data loss or damage.
The GEEKsters cannot guarantee full or even partial recovery of data from a failed drive, but will work to the limit of their abilities to restore data from the failed hardware.

XBOX360 RED RING (RROD) REVIVE SERVICE_DISCLAIMER:
The XBOX360 RROD REVIVE you are having done is NOT a permanent fix, as this problem  is caused by an engineering/manufacturing defect, AND you are aware that the issue will arise in the future.

WARRANTY:
ALL repair and revive services come with a 30 day warranty (unless written otherwise). IF the SAME issue comes back within our 30 day warranty period, we will take care of it with no questions asked.
NO WARRANTY ON ANY OTHER UNIT COMPONENT THAT WAS NOT BEING ORIGINALLY SERVICED.
