"Being a graduate student in the middle of writing my dissertation- naturally I panicked when my computer started acting funny and my (free) anti-virus software said my computer had a virus. I thought it was healed, but it was continuing to run slowly and wouldn't open webpages. Not wanting to mess anything up being a novice when it comes to these things, I searched on Yelp for a computer repair company near where I live, and that's how I found the Geeksters.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them! They were prompt when returning my emails/calls, and were flexible with my schedule. They offer free pick up and delivery service, as well as in home service. Being someone who works Mon-Fri, they were accommodating to my lack of daytime availability. Paul came to my house on a Saturday, and helped explain to me what he was doing to fix the problem and general tips how to prevent viruses in the future. He then offered to log in remotely so he could continue to work on it during the week without me needing to be home. When the problem continued, he brought my computer to the office and reinstalled windows (backing up all my files) with no extra fee! He must have put in hours of work, yet they only charged me for the initial quote (1 hour's worth). They were so friendly helpful, I would recommend them to anyone in need of computer assistance."

"I have owned and operated several Apartment Buildings in the Southern California area since the late '70's. One building located in North Hills Ca was in a slump (vacancies-etc) as a feature I offered free DSL service to the tenants. That was fairly popular so a year later I took on the added expense of upgrading to a full T-1 line. After 5 months of miserable trial and error and oh yes ---Mostly Error! I was on the verge of "Pulling the Plug" and cut my losses.
A prayer was answered, Paul answered when I called the GEEKsters and with all the frustration of a lot of money and hassle I "Told them" like Patton told the division to attack the problem... first trouble shoot the entire building (27 apartment homes). Second set up a maintenance program. Third I want Customer support so the tenants call you and not me (I'm a techno Neanderthal). Finally its gotta be real affordable I want a set cost per month--No Surprises Men!
Paul was professional humble and that helped to Tone the anxiety way down for me. Its been nearly a year now and I can attest that of the multitude of business decisions i make day in and day out the decision to Hire the GEEKsters was as sound a business decision as can be made.
Thank you for taking what once was a "major distraction" to my business and making it something that I literally never have to think twice about. BTW my tenants are often impressed with the GEEKsters as they receive free tech support.
